1. Agreement

By accessing this website or enrolling in any Roleforge Atelier class, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old or have verifiable parental consent. You are responsible for providing accurate account and contact information.

3. Enrollment and Payment

• Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment or written confirmation from the studio.
• Prices are listed in USD and may change without prior notice.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party providers under their respective policies.

4. Rescheduling and Refunds

• Refunds: available up to 7 days before a course start date.
• Reschedule: one change per cycle with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Credits: we may convert unused sessions to studio credit at our discretion.

5. Conduct

We maintain a safe, inclusive workspace. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior is grounds for removal without refund. Confidentiality about fellow actors’ work is expected.

6. Intellectual Property

Course materials and recordings are provided for personal, educational use. Do not redistribute, publish, or sell without written permission from Roleforge Atelier.

7. Technology Requirements

Online sections require reliable internet and a camera/microphone capable of clear video and audio. We supply guidance to help actors meet technical standards.

8. Disclaimers

We provide education and coaching; we do not guarantee representation, bookings, or specific outcomes. Examples and testimonials do not assure similar results.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roleforge Atelier will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the service at issue.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material updates will be posted on the site with the new effective date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
